We price per square foot of actual covered area, and we confirm it in writing before starting. The quote covers material, anchors, edge cable, installation and clean-up. If your society has a rate card, we can work within it. There are no revisions on the day of the work.

No. The site visit, measurement and estimate are free anywhere in Chennai. We only charge once you approve the quote.

No. We use UV-stabilised netting with stainless steel anchors and fixings, chosen specifically for salt-laden coastal air. Cheaper iron fittings are what rust and fail in Chennai, which is why we do not use them.

Our nets are tensioned properly at install so they do not sag or flap. During heavy wind, close balcony windows and secure loose items. Nets anchored to a proper frame handle monsoon wind far better than nets tied to railings alone.

Barely. Our netting is fine-gauge and near-invisible, so you keep both your view and your ventilation. On a sea-facing balcony in Pallikaranai or Velachery the breeze makes a real difference, and the net is designed not to choke it.

For an external change to the building facade, most Chennai societies require a committee approval. For netting inside your own balcony, many societies allow it directly. We can share our material and specification sheets if your committee asks for them.

For most Chennai homes, yes. We aim to complete installation the same day once the quote is approved. Larger terraces, buildings and industrial sites may need a second day depending on the covered area.

Yes. We use high-tension stainless cable with spacing engineered so a small child cannot squeeze through or climb across. It is considerably stronger than traditional iron grills and needs no painting or maintenance.

A bird net is fine mesh designed to keep birds out. A safety net is heavier and anchored to arrest a fall. They serve different purposes and cannot be swapped, though many Chennai balconies end up needing both.

Yes. Fixings are recessed and the edge cable is tensioned, so there is no loose edge for a child to pull or a pet to claw at. Many of our Chennai customers run both child safety nets and pet nets on the same balcony.
